The CO₂ emissions generated by Xplore Air flights are fully compensated through the National Forestry Financing Fund’s (FONAFIFO) “Travelers Against Climate Change” (VCC) program. This initiative supports Costa Rica’s Payments for Environmental Services Program (PPSA), which channels funding into reforestation, forest conservation, and sustainable land management efforts across the country.

By offsetting every flight, we ensure that the impact of our operations not only remains minimal but also actively contributes to Costa Rica’s national goal of carbon neutrality.
